Hi my name is Abdi Mohamed
I am a passionate and goal-oriented football professional with over 20 years of experience in coaching youth and adult players, player development, and strategic club management. Throughout my coaching career, I have served as head coach for several successful junior and senior teams, where I have been responsible for planning player pathways, developing coaching methods, and mentoring other coaches.
As a coach, I bring a clear vision to the organization, combining long-term player development, preserving the club’s philosophy, and achieving competitive success. My strengths lie in having a systematic approach, the ability to build and lead teams, and an excellent eye for identifying and supporting young talents. I have successfully built collaborations with schools, academies, and national coaching organizations, providing a strong foundation for a functional player pathway and club growth.
My goal is to develop the organization holistically – from coaching and player recruitment to strategic decision-making. I believe in open communication, continuous learning, and fostering a culture where every player and employee can become the best version of themselves.
