Coaching Experience
I am a UEFA B Licence Coach with experience which ranges from coaching at Lower Levels in the English Tiers through to Technical Director Role in United Arab Emirates.
Within England I have worked in Category One academies working with elite players ensuring they thrive in an environment that allows them to reach their full potential. My evidence of success is not only the achievements within competitions but being apart of the journey of young players who have progressed to the elite level of the game. I have also experience in England working with a Semi-Professional Club developing and growing their Scholarship Programme, during this time I worked alongside other colleagues to create a Player Pathway for young players to play within the JPL set-up leading into the Scholarship Programme or onto higher Category Academies.
Moving to Dubai, I worked as a Technical Director. During this time, I created a Coaching Curriculum to allows players to progress from “pay to play” development groups through to competitive teams. I also created professional partnerships with academies outside of the UAE within Europe, adding the continuous opportunities of development for the players and professional development of coaches.
I am open to jobs worldwide that provide opportunities to work with players who are committed to their development and thrive to be the best version of themselves, along with opportunities for my own personal growth.
