Coaching philosophy
As a football (soccer) coach I am always looking for new ways to teach all aspects of this
great sport more effectively. My training thought is to create mentally, technically, physically
and tactically complete player, all-rounder player – that means in modern football where
basic technique is essential, where intense mental concentration with high physical work rate
are prerequisite all through the game, where specific intelligence, tactical awareness, game
reading and understanding are especially significant.
My football vision is domination in the game, immediate, aggressive, high pressing after
the loss of the ball and creative offensive measures in every zone of the pitch.
Next to typical Football Skills, my vision is to develop Personal Skills as a self-control,
motivation, self-confidence, and Social Skills – collaboration in group and team, as well
respect for all Human Beings and Earthly Life.
