Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Level & Contract: Academy / Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate football training sessions (ages 4–14).
• Develop players’ technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills.
• Support the academy’s European-based curriculum and methodology.
• Assist in preparing players for friendly matches and tournaments.
• Monitor player development and provide feedback to parents/academy management.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and motivating training environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching youth players in an academy or professional environment.
• Strong communication skills; ability to motivate and connect with children.
• Fluent in English.
• Strength & Conditioning certification is a plus.
• Passion for player development and working in multicultural environments.
