Youth Elite Sports Academy (YES Academy) is a dynamic, fast-growing company developing sports academies across Asia (China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.) and organizing sports camps. To support our growth and deliver high-quality programs, we’re hiring passionate, qualified football coaches.

Responsibilities

• Design & lead training sessions tailored to different levels and age groups.
• Motivate and support athletes to help them reach their goals.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all participants.
• Collaborate with staff to build a positive, inclusive environment.
• Contribute to business development of the academy.
• Handle administrative tasks related to day-to-day academy operations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in sports science / physical education or equivalent.
• Coaching certification in the relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a coach (youth experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within Asia.
• Languages: English or French or Spanish (professional working proficiency).

Minimum Football Requirements

• UEFA C or BEES 2, or equivalent from another FA (AFC, CAF, etc.).
• Youth training experience.
