THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a confident, friendly and motivated Head of Academy Goalkeeping at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON

Come and join our Clarets family as our Head of Academy Goalkeeping.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, resilient and helpful with experience of working in an elite goalkeeping environment. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Head of Academy Goalkeeping, you will be expected to:

• Document, track and measure player development across the Academy. With use of research and modern methods, help create a vibrant, progressive culture within the department.
• Evaluate all coaching sessions, documenting achievement of learning objectives or learning action plan for the next coaching session.
• Support the development and education of goalkeeping coaches within the Academy.
