Job Description

A prestigious football academy based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director. The ideal candidate will come from Eastern Europe and have a strong background in football coaching, player development, and team management. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical development programs for players across all age groups.
• Train and mentor academy coaches to enhance their methodologies.
• Oversee tactical strategies and the physical and technical growth of players.
• Collaborate with academy management to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a representative of the academy in interactions with parents, sponsors, and the local football community.

Requirements:

• Proven coaching experience at a professional or academy level (UEFA qualifications preferred).
• Demonstrated success in developing young talents.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
